Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile games, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Guangzhou Qili Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or playing our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance & License

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not download or play our games. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and play our games on devices owned or controlled by you. Under this license, you agree that you will not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the games or any part thereof.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the games.
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software (bots), or hacks to gain unfair advantages.
• Attempt to bypass or disrupt any security features, anti-cheat systems, or advertisement mechanisms.
• Create derivative works based on the games without express written permission.

2. Virtual Currency & In-App Purchases

Our games may include virtual currencies, virtual items, or premium content. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real cash.
• All in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
• We reserve the right to adjust, regulate, modify, or remove any virtual goods without liability to you.

3. User-Generated Content

Some games may allow you to create, upload, or share content (e.g., custom levels, profiles, chat messages). You are solely responsible for your content and agree it will not:

• Be defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Contain malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Promote illegal activities or violate applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the games — including text, graphics, user interfaces, characters, music, sound effects, artwork, animations, and computer code — are owned, controlled, or licensed by Guangzhou Qili Technology Co., Ltd., and are protected by copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

5. Third-Party Services

Our games feature advertisements, analytics, and social services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the availability of these outside services. Primary third-party integrations include:

• Google AdMob & Unity Ads for advertising.
• Firebase for analytics and crash reporting.
• Apple Game Center & Google Play Games for social features.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The games are provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guangzhou Qili Technology Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, virtual items, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or play our games.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the games at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the game, other players, or us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page or via an in-game notification. Continued use of the games after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guangzhou, China.
